DONATE TO EIFL
Welcome to the first EIFL newsletter of 2024! We take pleasure in sharing the names of four winners of the latest EIFL Public Library Innovation Award. We have updated two popular EIFL resources - the EIFL Digital Research Literacy Training Programme Outline for Librarians, and our checklist of good practices in using OJS for journal editors and publishers. We bring you news about three renewed agreements with publishers that will benefit many thousands of scholars in our partner countries. And we have a request: if you are involved in diamond OA publishing in Africa - please respond to our two surveys to help us to better understand the challenges you are facing, and to plan for grant funding calls for projects to strengthen diamond OA publishing in Africa. You can see all of our events here. Enjoy the issue!
