the 16th Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians
Thai Library community hosted the 4th Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians (CONSAL IV) in 1978 and the 9th Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians (CONSAL IX) in 1993. Again in 2015, National Library of Thailand and Thai Library Association will host the 16th Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians (CONSAL XVI) : Meeting and General Conference in Bangkok Thailand under the theme of “ASEAN Aspirations : Libraries for Sustainable Advancement”.
