Ms.Sinikka Sipilä (Finland)

President of The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) 2013-2015 and Secretary General in FLA (Finnish Library Association) since1997                                                                

Ms. Sipilä completed her Master’s degree in Social Sciences at the University of Tampere, with specialization in Library and Information Sciences. She has been a Member of the Standing Committee of Management of Library Associations Section (MLAS) in 2003-2011 and served as the Chair of MLAS from 2007 to 2009.

She was also the Co-Chair of the National Committee of the IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2012 in Helsinki. She has been advisor to Northsouth-South Project involving universities in Finland, South Africa, Namibia, Tanzania and Senegal.


Mr. Jakkrit Srivali (Thailand)

Director-General of Department of Asean Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand

Mr. Jakkrit Srivali presently is Director-General of Department of Asean Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. In 1983, he graduated M.A., Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), U.S.A. and in 1986, he was a PhD candidate (distinction in core), International Relations, University of Southern California, U.S.A. On his experience, he was an Ambassador attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, New York.

Moreover, many of honors and awards was noted, Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand, Outstanding Civil Servant Award and Ford Fellowship on US Foreign Policymaking of University of Maryland and etc.


Ms. Ann-Marie Schwirtlich (Australia)

Director-General of The National Library of Australia

Ms. Schwirtlich holds a BA (Hons) (Macquarie) Dip Information Management (University of NSW).She is currently Director-General of the National Library of Australia. She previously has held the following positions; Chief Executive Officer and State Librarian at the State Library of Victoria; Acting Director-General at the National Archives of Australia; Assistant Director-General, Public and Reader Services at the National Archives of Australia, Acting Director, Australian Collections and Information Services at the National Library of Australia; Director, Access and Information Services at the National Archives of Australia; Senior Curator, Printed and Written Records, and Art (1993-1994) at the Australian War Memorial.
